July 1 Community Picnic - Community Organization Interests

Welcome! This form is for expressions of interest in participating as a Community Organization at the City of Waterloo's community picnic on July 1 in Waterloo Park.

The Community Picnic will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will be a community-focused event with a stage featuring local musicians, giant outdoor games, interactive booths and the night ends with a 15 minute drone light show. Community members will be invited to picnic in Waterloo Park (either bringing their own food or purchasing food from on-site food trucks).

We are currently looking to invite the community organizations we have in Waterloo. We are specifically looking for non-profit organizations, arts and culture groups, and cultural groups who wish to host their own booth (with information, activities, etc) for the day. There is no fee to participate.

Each organization will be provided 1 tables (6' long) and two chairs. If additional supplies are needed, please provide details below. Power access can be provided upon request.

All applications will be reviewed within 2-4 weeks. This applicaition will stay open until June 18, 2023 however applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and we encourage you to apply as early as possible.
