Sustainability Advisory Committee (SAC) Delegation Guidelines 

 

All delegates to SAC must be registered as a delegate in order to address the committee as per section 16 and 17 of the City of Waterloo Procedural By-Law No-07-137.

Please follow the process outlined below and provide the necessary information and any supplemental information a minimum of 8 days prior to the targeted meeting date.

SAC usually meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 100 Regina Street South, 8:30 - 10 a.m., Erb Room. 10 minutes are allotted for delegate presentation and 10 minutes for discussion. If a presentation extends beyond the allotted time, the discussion period may not be extended.

Please note some months no meeting will be held and some months an agenda may not be able to accommodate the request for delegation or the request may be denied. Delegates will receive meeting details (location and time) at least 3 days prior to the meeting. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your presentation time slot.
