Partners in Parks Community Action form (short-term stewardship activities)

The City of Waterloo's Partners in Parks program provides an opportunity for you to make a difference in your neighbourhood park.  Through this program, we support many community-driven environmental stewardship activities from May to November.

Short-term stewardship activities include a one-time 2 to 3 hour event in a public park in Waterloo such as bird house monitoring and maintenance, community tree planting, invasive plant species management, litter clean-up and woodland trail mulching.

Group leaders (18 years of age or older) can initiate their group activity by completing the information below.

Personal information requested on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, and will be used by the City of Waterloo for initiating a short-term stewardship activity in a city park.  Questions regarding this collection should be directed to City of Waterloo, Environment & Parks Services @ 519-886-2310.
