Order summer camp lunch

To order camp lunch, please complete the form below prior to 2 p.m. the Friday before camp starts.

Please complete a separate form for each additional child.



Price for lunch is $11.00 per day/per order. Please note that ingredients may have been manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts or nuts. 
No substitutions can be made.

TUESDAY:
Pepperoni pizza slice
Bag of plain chips
Orange wedges

WEDNESDAY:
Vegetable wrap
Apples
Fruit bar

THURSDAY:
Hamburger
Chopped tomato/cucumber salad
Banana
Chocolate chip cookie

FRIDAY:
Cheese pizza slice
Carrots/celery and dip
Fruit cup

If your child is registered for multiple weeks of camp and you would like to purchase lunches for those weeks, select the 'add another week' button to add additional weeks directly to this form.

After you fill out this form, customer service staff will process this request within 48 hours and confirm your order via email. At this time, payment can be made online in ActiveWaterloo or in person at one of our facilities. Cheques to be made payable to “City of Waterloo”.
