Use this form to receive your City of Waterloo 2026 municipal election voter notification card by email instead of by mail.

Complete one form for each voter who wants email delivery.

We will use the information you provide to confirm your identity on the voters’ list. Your card will be sent to the email address provided. You will not receive a paper card in the mail.

You must be on the voters’ list to receive a voter notification card. Check that your name and address are correct on the voters' list before you submit this form.
