Use this form to report a problem or request maintenance.

City trees are on public land: boulevards, parks, trails and green spaces:

• city trees are protected by the City Tree Bylaw
• residents cannot cut, prune or remove them

Trees on private property are the owner’s responsibility.

Step 1. Is it an urgent city tree issue?

An issue is urgent if a city tree:

• has storm damage or large broken branches
• is blocking a sidewalk, trail, or road
• looks unsafe and could fall
• needs attention within 24 hours
