Pre-submission consultation meetings will not be booked until sufficient information has been provided. If additional information is required, staff will contact the proponent or applicant.

Once you hit Submit, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided, contact the Development Planning Division at devservices@waterloo.ca and notify them.
If you do not Submit and choose to Save the application instead, you must return to submit the application later. Development Planning is not notified of incomplete applications.
