If you are proposing a development project on serviced lands in the City of Waterloo, you must complete and submit this form to request an allocation of water supply capacity, in accordance with the City of Waterloo’s Water Supply Allocation Policy.
For the October 2026 allocation, the submission deadline to complete the form is October 5, 2026.
