Get a Letter of Compliance report

Use the following form if you are requesting a Letter of Compliance report for a specific property. You must submit a separate application for each property.

Before you start:

• review the City of Waterloo’s Letter of Compliance page for details about the application process, expected timelines and how to pay the application fees

Please Note:

• after you submit this form, an email confirmation will be sent to you with payment instructions
• once payment is processed, staff will begin processing your request
• an application is not deemed complete until the full fee payment is received

Step 1 – Add contact information

Include your contact information so we can get in touch after you apply.

Step 2 – Add property information

• include the information for the property you would like a report for
• the property must be in the City of Waterloo
• submit one application per property

Under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, personal information will be collected for the administration and completion of your Letter of Compliance Report. As part of the Letter of Compliance process, the applicant’s personal information collected will ensure accurate and timely distribution of reports.
