Apply for pre-authorized water bill payments

Use this form to set up a pre-authorized payment plan so you can pay your water bills directly from your bank account.

What you need before you start

Have these details ready to complete the form:

• your water account number
• the property's address
• your name and mailing address, and a phone number and email that we can use to reach you
• numbers and information for the bank account you’d like to use for payments
• a photo of a void cheque or a pre-authorized debit form
• the names of all property owners

If a company or corporation owns the property, you'll also need:

• a copy of your Articles of Incorporation or Property Management Agreement

Step 1: Add your water account number

This is the account that you’ll be setting up pre-authorized payments for. Find this number in the top right-hand corner of your water bill. Do not include any spaces or decimal points between the numbers.

In this example, the account number for the water bill is 1234567.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of Section 11(1) of the Municipal Act, in conjunction with section 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and the Protection of Privacy Act. This information will be used for the administration of water services.
