Thank you for your interest in coordinating a long-term park project through the City of Waterloo's Partners in Parks program. 

Using these application timelines, submit a proposal of your project for the current year:

• March 31 for a spring or summer project (May 1 – August 31)
• May 31 for a fall project (September 1 – October 31)

The application form is available March 1 until May 31 annually.  Ensure you have a plan in place before you apply: sketch of project, photos showing location in the park, species list (for planting projects) and two project coordinators from different households.
