Water billing and account changes

Use this form to open, close or make changes to a water account. We need at least 4 business days' notice. Contact 519-747-8718 or revenue@waterloo.ca for assistance.

Tenants are not currently able to open accounts using this form.

A change in occupancy fee is applied to all new accounts. It will be added to your first bill.

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s. 28 (2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to provide water account services. It will be used only for this purpose and will be protected in accordance with MFIPPA.
